Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. To cancel, log in at https://vitalexherbs.com/account and click Manage Subscription, then select "Cancel subscription." Cancellations take effect immediately once submitted.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. After cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

VITALEX reserves the right to cancel or refuse any subscription at our discretion.
