Subscription orders can be canceled at any time before the next billing date. To cancel, please contact us through our website before your next recurring charge is processed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. After cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
VITALEX reserves the right to cancel or refuse any subscription at our discretion.
